Yes! Thanks to cork's waxy suberin properties, the mat is naturally anti-slip and actually gets gripper the more you sweat. If you need to, we recommend spraying some water at the start of your practice when your body is still cold. The surface will become grippier the more you move :)
Yes, the mat is 4mm thick. The natural tree rubber provides a nice cushion! You can always use a blanket to give that extra support if needed for your practice.
